The Annual General Meeting	Need to say a few words when appointed as VP
County Matches .	Liaise with the Vice President to ensure she covers the matches you are unable to attend and take the spare flag with you. Be prepared to keep the score totals if you are not playing.
Quarter Finals, Semi Finals, Finals of the County Competitions	You are there to support, congratulate and commiserate with the competitors
National Championships at Leamington . As many of the rounds Middlesex are participating in as possible.	As above
President’s Day and the President’s Benevolent Day.	You’ll need to say a few words about the President on President’s Day and give her the present
Bannerettes and Executive Matches	These help celebrate Club’s anniversaries so it is important that as many of the Executive take part as possible
County Luncheon	You propose a number of toasts

You need to select a venue for the county tour during your presidential year. The IPP and President will give you ideas and the Hon Secretary and Assistant Secretary will help with any arrangements if needed.

Your county duties should take precedence over your club commitments.
